A bit from an image I’ve been poking at…
Sorry for the lack of posts for a while there! I’ve been busy behind the scenes preparing new content and getting my portfolio ready for Anthrocon. New charms are coming shortly, including the custom for the winner of my tumblr draw and some new species, such as huskies! Stay tuned!
And the winner is…
willoe-vas-normandy! You win! I’ll be contacting you about your prize.
Thanks for playing, everybody! I expect to be back in swing by the end of the month, and who knows… there just might be another drawing in the future.
HEY YOU! How’d you like to win a charm of a character of your choice? From now until April 9th, reblog this post for an entry to win!
The Prize: One hand-made charm of a character of your choice, be it personal, a friend’s, an animal, whatever! Some restrictions may apply depending on complexity and/or copyright; very detailed characters may be simplified to fit my charm style. The charm will be made in my late April/early May batch.
Entries: Interested parties may reblog this post for one entry. Maximum 2 reblogs per person will count as entries. Following would also be awesome but will have no effect on your chances to win in and of itself.
Who will win? A name will be selected through use of a random number generator.
Any catches? You have to be willing to give me contact information and your mailing address so I can send you the finished charm. If you win, you must respond and claim your prize within three days (failure to do so will forfeit the prize to the next person randomly selected; no prize will be distributed after three failures).
No, this isn’t an April Fool! I’m eager to get back to doing my art and craftery stuff after all the writing I’m about to wrap up during this last week of thesis work.
And now for a less artistic photo… Zekrom is helping me write my thesis. I’m in the home stretch of the draft, guys!
During a little creativity break today, the visiting cat, Leo, came by and posed for me. Here’s one of the shots I took.
For all of you currently struggling with yourselves
… C:
Not mine, of course, but a quote that I keep coming back to lately. I often need to remind myself to be patient about my development as a creative individual. I will become what I know I am.
I’ve been so busy lately that I haven’t really had time to make any art. Here’s a color test of a comet moth I did for a piece I’d like to make eventually.
